Thanks also to the Phirebird Fans that continually support us and believe in our vision. Big hugs & kisses go out to my girl friend Mellisa and my Dog (ZODI) you guys are my rock and I couldn't roll with out ya!

What would you say is your greatest achievement to date? Choosing to stick with BMX and make it my life.
What would you say is your greatest strength? I do what I set out to do and never give up!
Do you have an Achilles heel? Only got the one, is that a bad thing?
What do you do to train for racing? Trials, gates & sprint sessions and a bit of gym in no particular order.
Tell us all about Phirebird Raceways? We are a family of riders/friends that are living a lifestyle that most people dream of. We stick together through thick and thin and never give up on one another. Each rider has accomplished many challenges to get where they are today which makes for bigger things in the future.
Who are Team Phirebird? A group of guys that are passionate about there sport and can provide inspiration to the new generation of riders.
What are your thoughts on the Supercross type events? Super cross is my motivation to step up to the next level of BMX it's the one thing that's keeping me pumped about the sport. Supercross is like starting BMX all over again!
Does Australia need its own purpose built Supercross BMX track? Does a bear shit in the woods! Of course we do. at the moment the Australian team reminds me of the movie Cool Runnings. If you haven't seen it I recommend you hire it - very inspirational.
Are Ausssies on the pace in Supercross? Compared to the other countries the Australians riders are lacking a solid foundation, elite facilities and general support. The dominating countries are progressing at a rapid rate and before we know it the Olympics will arrive. If Australia gets GOLD or a medal then BMX is set for the future. On the other hand, if we fail nothing changes, it's the same old BMX for Australia. "Talent will only get us so far".
Clips or flats? Both have there advantages - I like riding trails so flats are my choice.
Which is the best race you've ever attended? The Olympic trial race in Beijing 2007.
What will you be doing 10 years from now? Fishing the Great Barrier Reef on my fishing vessel while sipping Pina Coladas on the rear deck. Or you may even find me racing Jamie Gray in the 35+ class... who knows?
